Some people feel that airports have a romantic quality. Maybe they do, but you probably won't think so if you have to spend too much time in one trying to find a place to stay and a way to get there. Stay sane; arrange for a ride.

Check student boards on campus for rooms that are available for rent. This may eventually become your long-term housing.

The YMCA and YWCA

The rooms are modest, at best, but they provide you with a place to rest temporarily. The YMCA/YWCA is not recommended for use on a long-term basis. Also, you may feel somewhat uncomfortable with the crowd of people staying there.

Rooms are available on a month-to-month basis.
Rates start at $300 per month and vary by location.
