Book an Airline Ticket

The planning and preparation has paid off so far. Buying your tickets well in advance of the flight lets you plan and prepare for the last few steps.

Your driver�s license (Step 14) won�t let you fly a plane across the ocean, so you need to buy an airline ticket. Shopping for a good price is not an exact science, but it has become a little easier with all of the internet resources that have come along over the last few years.

When should I take this step?
Two (2) months before school starts (if you are experiencing delays with your visa, you can wait until one month before school starts). Having this taken care of well in advance of when you will actually travel will allow you to plan better for your departure.
