So, you will probably want to have a car, unless you are never going to leave your dorm room, except to go to the library! This is true for most of Southern California, maybe less true for the northern part of the state. I'm not sure what you can do with a car without a driver's license. You can get a lot of trouble for dribing without a license - I know from experience! Anyway, you can't buy a car without car insurance, and you need a license to get insurance. I hope you have a good time driving around San Diego! |
