hi guys. i m an international student here doing masters in US. i m here from 2 months. pls tell me can i change my status to h1 if i get a job? i know h1 visa for 2006 are already finished. but senate is also planning to avail 30,000 more h1 visas. pls tell me how much time whole process of h1 visa take? i have also read about premium processing in which we pay extra fee but the processing takes only 15 days. is that the whole procedure which takes 15 days? and will i be interviewed if i apply from within US? pls guys do reply me. this would be of great help. waiting for ur urgent replies. thanks bye |
