hi ppl, this is regarding scholarship for an engineering course. Im from Ruia College, Mumbai,India.I intend to take up electronics and telecommunication engineering. I'd like to know as to how one could get transferred from an Indian engineering institute to a North American university in the 2nd year . And on what basis are scholarships granted to international students since education in a North American institute is extremely expensive for an Indian undergraduate student.
