I came in aug2003 and currently pursuing masters in Computer Science. Now i have an employer who is willing to sponsor me for my H1 visa. I have a bachelors degree in computer science and engineering from india. I would be graduating with my MS degree in December 2004. Now since there is a cap of 65000 and also that they have started taking applications from april 1st for oct2004-sep2005. 1. Can i apply when iam on F1 or do i have to wait till i get my OPT? 2. Will there be any problem if i apply with my bachelors degree?
