there is probably no such thing as best place for work, coz if there was then everyone would go there and so it would not be a best place to work as there would be no jobs left. But you can find good oppotunities on careerbuilder.com If you are looking for names of the states that has a decent statistics for employment then here is list but its not limited to these: Ohio California Texas New Jersey Pennsylvania New York.
