Doh! Someone forged my social security number once. She used it to get an Ikea credit card, charged up, then skipped town. It was a completely different name and identity, but same SSN. I kept getting collection notes in the mail, so I opened one up and called the collection agency to tell them no such person lived here. That was how I found out. No harm's done. They have me fill out a form. :)
