According to the new law, you can switch the employer as soon as they submit your case to INS.
So, I think when you say "right away" it means right after you submit your application.
(However, there's a chance that INS will not approve your case. And then, you have to look for a new employer or go back home.)
That's my understanding of the new law. I'm looking for a new job, too.
Any experts here can clarify this for us?
