I am also working for an ISP right now. There are basically two pathes you can take in this business as an Engineer: either Network Engineer or System Admin. Therefore, once you made up your mind which path you would like to pursue, you can easily find the right program. E.g. if you plan to take the Networking path, you could think about taking the CCNA test and you can find a lot of training centers from either the Cisco or Prometric web site.
