TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) This tests proficiency in English.
GRE (Graduate Record Examinations) The general GRE exam tests verbal, math, and analytical skills. Individual subject exams, such as Psychology and Chemistry, test the depth and breadth of knowledge in those specific subjects. GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) This tests areas directly related to the study of business. LSAT (Law School Admission Test) This tests areas directly related to the study of law.
