Some school requires international students to submit a waiver form to get insurance fee refund from the tuition, here is what you need to do:
- Visit your school's website to download Insurance Waiver Form.
- In the form, fill out the student section and sign (if applicable)
- Fax the form with your signature to 310-347-4479
- We will verify your insurance effective period, sign the form, and fax it over to your school directly.
