According to the new law, you can switch the employer as soon as they submit your case to INS.

So, I think when you say "right away" it means right after you submit your application.

(However, there's a chance that INS will not approve your case. And then, you have to look for a new employer or go back home.)

That's my understanding of the new law. I'm looking for a new job, too.

Any experts here can clarify this for us?

Does anyone know about this?
